Covid-19 updated policies

Our goal is to provide a safe and healing space for everyone who walks through the door. 

Pre registration for in studio classes is required, drop ins are not permitted at this time.


Cancelation policy is back in affect as of July 6th. A cancelled class within the 4 hour window will result in the loss of a punch pass or $10 fee for those with unlimited memberships.


Both in studio and online classes have a minimum number of participants required to run the class. If the minimum is not met the class will be cancelled 1 hr prior to start time.


Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Check in with reception when you arrive and they will sign you into class. Please note, admittance to class will not be available for students who arrive late to class.


Please bring your own mat and props to all in studio classes for the time being.


Please bring your own water bottle to all in studio classes. If you forget we will have water for sale but our reusable cups will not be used at this time.

Please remove your shoes in the designated area when you enter the facility and place them on the shoe racks provided. 

We are a multi-functional facility, we ask our students to please keep your voices low as classes and sessions are likely in progress.

Please leave valuables and personal belongings at home.


Ensure cell phones are turned off while in the studio.

Be sure to advise reception/your teacher before class if you are new, have an injury/medical condition or are pregnant. 


Please do not come to class if you are sick, you can cancel your reservation online. (see cancellation policy below)



Cancelation Policy:

All deposits or payments made for retreats are non-refundable or transferrable. In the event of an emergency, deferrals will be accepted on a per basis.

Trainings and mentorship programs

All deposits made for trainings and mentorships are non-refundable or transferrable. In the event of an emergency, remaining payments are 50% refundable up to 1 month prior to the training/program start date. Any cancellations within 1 month of the start date will be accepted for deferrals on a per basis. 

Yoga passes and memberships

Class Passes and Memberships cannot be refunded or returned. If a membership needs to be cancelled prior to expiry of the contract, you will be charged a $50 early cancel fee. All memberships require 30 days of notice prior to expiry of the membership, for auto renew cancellation. No holds or pauses will be granted on memberships.

Workshops and events 

Payments for workshops and events are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, deferrals will be accepted on a per basis.

Yoga class sign-up and cancelation 

  • Drop in Classes - We have a 4 hour early cancellation policy. If you have to cancel a class, you have up until 4 hours before the start time to cancel with no penalty.

  • Late/no show fees: Please note that late cancellation (within 4 hours of the class starting) will result in a class being deducted from your pass, or loss of your drop in. A $10 charge will be issued for all unlimited pass holders,(monthly and week trails).
