It is my life long goal and passion to share the importance of self love and acceptance through the journey of Yoga. My mission is to provide a safe and welcoming space where students can explore and develop their own personal journey and self transformation. Let’s work together to create peace in our world by first creating peace within ourselves.
The path of yoga has led me to my first 200hr teacher training in August of 2013 at the Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica. What a profound experience! More recently I have received my 32 hour Yoga Thrive Teacher Training. Yoga Thrive is a research-based therapeutic yoga program that helps take cancer survivors from surviving to thriving. In June 2015 I graduated from the Yoga Therapy program at Mount Royal University. During the 6 month practicum I studied under the wonderful Yoga Therapist Sarah Garden of Regina Sask. I have taken hundreds of hours of trainings and practiced many different styles from many different teachers but my true passion lies with trauma recovery. I have studied under David Emerson and his team at TCTSY and currently completing the certification course through The Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method. I am honoured to walk this path alongside so many amazing and strong woman, who teach me everyday the gift of healing through yoga.
For me yoga is more than the asanas or postures that make up the physical practice, these are actually only the most superficial aspect of this profound unfolding of infinite potentials of the human body and spirit. To me yoga is a state of being.
Aside from Yoga, I have been studying the Ursi tradition of Reiki and received my level one in Regina, Sk. with Reiki Master Dawn Kress. My level two in British Columbia with Reiki Master and Author Linda Ewashina and Reiki Master Chelsea Harris and most recently completed level three with Aline Wilkie. Fascinated by the world of energy healing, I was drawn to study Crystal Light Healing under Erin Campbell Howell certified Crystal Light Practitioner and Teacher and received my practitioners certificate in January 2016 and a relaxation massage certificate in 2017.
At Wilkie Wellness I currently offer both group and private trauma-informed, therapeutic Yoga classes, 200- hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, trauma informed teacher trainings, private yoga therapy healing seesions and many different workshops.
You hold the power!!! My goal as a teacher is to help empower students to take control of their own health journey and to provide new skills to help build strength and create balance in their life.
I am so looking forward to starting this journey together!!

It is my belief that each one of us is walking a beautifully unique psychospiritual path of growth, transformation and healing and we each have tremendous individual gifts to share with the world. As an integrated counsellor, energy worker and intuitive life coach it is my honour to support individuals in their healing journey through deep listening, gentle encouragement and intuitive guidance. I believe each person knows innately what is needed for the relief of dis-ease and discomfort and I can support this process and help awaken the healer within.
My work as a teacher, special educator, educational psychologist, school counsellor and school administrator for more than thirty years has given me many opportunities to work with children, youth and adults in a variety of counselling, therapeutic and educational settings. I received my Ursi Reiki training from Reiki Master and Author Linda Ewishina and Reiki Master Chelsea Harris in British Columbia and had the opportunity to work with them as I completed my training over three years where I had a multitude of experiences with a variety of physical and emotional dis-ease and wide range of ages. I was honoured to participate in providing Reiki for Elders from Simpcw First Nation where I learned much about cultural and intergenerational trauma and issues of racism, oppression and cultural genocide through the residential school process in Canada and the effects these have upon physical health.
At Wikie Wellness I offer Integrated Counselling, Reiki and Energy Work, Intuitive Guidance and Life Coaching for children youth, adults and families. In my practice I have a special interest in supporting healing in the areas of Early Childhood Trauma, Intergenerational Trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety and panic disorders, inattention and lack of focus, and spiritual crisis. I am also interested in providing support to those healing the wounds of systemic racism, oppression and societal trauma. I offer Meditation, Stress Reduction and Personal Development Classes, Reiki Level I,II,III and Master’s Training in the Ursi tradition, and Workshops in Restorative Justice Approaches to Conflict, Creating Trauma Sensitive Education and Work Environments, and Psycho-Spiritual Journeying.
I would be deeply honoured to work with you and your loved ones.
Love and Light,
Nikki Wilkie Hebert DTCM, R.Ac.
Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine
I have always been acutely aware of my desire to help others but it wasn’t until after several of my family members were at a loss to find answers for their health issues, the search for alternative options lead me to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture. After experiencing acupuncture myself in 2011 I knew I had found the system of medicine I was interested in studying and working in. TCM and acupuncture combines the intricate science of the body with the art of ancient healing practices.
I attended the Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (CCTCMA) and received diplomas in Acupuncture and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine after completing 4 years of full time study. In those 4 years I was able to spend hundreds of hours in the clinic getting first hand experience treating and observing many patients with a vast range of ailments. Upon the completion of my 3-year acupuncture program I wrote my national and provincial licensing examinations and successfully became a Registered Acupuncturist. I went on to complete a fourth year to obtain my diploma of Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and was also given the opportunity in the spring of 2016 to travel to Beijing, China to study at the China Japan Friendship Hospital.
I am very excited to be back home and starting my practice in Regina. I want to offer our community a holistic and personalized health care option that will always be tailored to the diverse needs of every client. Just as no two people are exactly the same, in Traditional Chinese Medicine each person is treated based on the unique symptoms they experience. I believe it is important to listen to and to build relationships with clients in order to help support their healing.
At Wilkie Wellness I am currently offering treatments in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture is a safe and effective way to promote health and balance in the body. I am looking forward to providing the community with support in the prevention and treatment of illness and disease.

Sattva Yoga Instructor
Pranayama and Meditation Facilitator
As a student of the yoga for 13 years, the practice has become part of who I am, and sets the foundations of how I choose to live. Yoga has allowed me to understand and fully experience what it is like to be present. This excitement and knowledge ultimately led me to, "The Sattva School of Yoga" and my teacher, Rameen Peyrow, completing facilitator training in 2013. I have additional trainings in facilitating guided meditation, pranayama techniques, Yoga Nidra and Chakra healing. I am a 2nd degree Reiki practitioner and an Aromatouch Technician. My interest in utilising additional tools to incorporate into practice include aromatherapy (essential oils), crystals and readings. I believe that we should experience all modalities of the practice, and make it our own.
I have been very fortunate to be part of this great yoga movement, creating and sharing with community. I have been blessed to work alongside some truly amazing teachers and partnering with wonderful organizations, entrepreneurs and people within our city; teaching and facilitating team building activities/workshops on a corporate level, sharing yoga and meditation within both the elementary and high school students, youth sporting teams, youth and adult retreats, sound healing workshops and learning workshops using crystals and meditation.
Yoga is repetitious, it is through dedication and practice we able to move forward in life. My thought process is this, whatever brings a person to the yoga is not necessarily what they will leave with. People begin yoga to transform their physical body (as an exercise alone or part of a fitness regime) and yes yoga is a wonderful compliment to all forms of fitness, they also may be looking for a means to release emotional blockages, increase health and wellness or maybe they are in search for a deeper connection of spirituality… whatever they seek…yoga can be the driving force behind how they are able to let go and enjoy living.
We have the power within ourselves to change, to live, all we need to do is start. My journey continues and I look forward to sharing it with you.

I found a love of yoga early in my teenage years. It helped guide my thought processes and the gentle way I chose to move through life. I have a love for traveling and exploring new places and always believe I am happiest when my yoga mat has found its way to a beach.
Along with a love of yoga and finding mindfulness comes my love of animals. I work in a naturopathic veterinary hospital and find each animal’s honest and joyful reaction to life inspiring.
I feel that yoga is a journey and we are all students. Creating a space that is accepting, safe and mindful are the main goals of each class I teach.
200hr Certified Yoga Teacher
20hr Certified Yoga Nidra Teacher
Robyn had been searching for an outlet for many years- she tried many different workout programs, diets, schools of thought, etc. but couldn’t find that wholeness she craved. Then, she found Yoga and in her very first class the healing began. Healing herself and giving others the opportunities to heal themselves became her passion. She completed Reiki Level I & II with Aline at the space last year and also embarked on the life-changing 200hr Teacher Training with Sam. Since then she has also completed a 20hr Teacher Training in Yoga Nidra. She left her career in finance and moved into the nonprofit sector, eager to make a real difference in any way that she can.
Yoga has brought Robyn peace and clarity. It has uncluttered her mind and removed a lot of unnecessary stress in her life. It has given her strength and kept her grounded. Within this practice, she has learned ways to manage anxiety and work through her own trauma.
Robyn loves to teach, all styles. She finds nothing more satisfying than hearing someone fall asleep in a restorative or nidra class or shedding a tear in a flow class. Robyn strives to create a welcoming and safe environment for everyone and is looking forward to connecting with you.

Certified Nutritional Practitioner
Certified Angel Card Reader
200-hr Certified Yoga Teacher
A little about me… I am a water lover who grew up on the lake, a cat person, and my favorite thing to do is laugh. My journey with health has not been linear! I struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food, and my body, for most of my life. Since age 12 (maybe younger) I thought I was only “being healthy” if I was dieting. This belief, paired with some seriously negative self talk, created an imbalance in my weight and my mental/emotional health.
Luckily, a newfound passion for health and healing led me to to studying reiki energy healing and holistic nutrition. Now, I help women move through similar journeys- healing their relationship with food and their body, and developing self love and healthy body image.
My offerings at Wilkie Wellness include:
-Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching.
-Reiki sessions to help balance body, mind & spirit.
-Angel card readings to provide you with the clarity and guidance you need to move forward in life.
I look forward to connecting with you, building community, and providing support as we take this journey to ultimate health and happiness together!

At Sacred Circle Healing Arts, we (re)connect you with your own innate capacity to heal. The approach at Sacred Circle Healing Arts is to connect with lightness, personal power, and inner guidance to offer resources and tools to help you along your path. This happens through specialized energy healing sessions and special events such as monthly new moon gatherings, workshops, and other fun stuff!
Throughout my education and professional career I have been passionate about the healing journey of both myself and others. It was early in my university education that I became deeply interested in holistic healing of the physical, emotional, mental/intellectual, and spiritual aspects within each one of us. I have followed my passion by weaving together various trainings and modalities in traditional counselling and holistic/spiritual worlds to deepen my understanding of these four aspects to inform my work in both academic and community contexts.
I see myself as a helper along your path. The guiding principle behind my work is that we all have within us the power to heal ourselves. Over time, through various events and some painful experiences we may have disconnected from that healing aspect—the aspect in ourselves that supports us to lead rich, connected, and divinely guided lives. As a helper I will use the tools and education I have experienced in my learning to help you build the capacity to align with your innate healing.
