Spa Yoga is a slow, floor-based, whole-body experience. Spa Yoga aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation by engaging the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, hands-on Reiki and hot stone massage.
The restorative yoga practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness and relaxation. We begin and end our practice with guided meditation and spa inspired hands on experiences!
